Kim Kardashian revealed on Jan. 24 that her sister Khloe had gone to the doctor to get fertility treatments while she was married to Lamar Odom, but stopped them when she felt her relationship going downhill — before she ever told her family.

Kim Kardashian spoke out to clarify comments she made on her Jan. 23 appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live about her sister Khloe Kardashian not trying to get pregnant during her marriage to Lamar Odom. Kim explained that Khloe had in fact started fertility treatments but decided to end them when she suffered strains in her relationship, she just hadn’t immediately told her family.

“I’m so tired of people twisting my words, Khloe did start fertility and she wanted to have a baby, but I believe in the middle of the process she realized timing wasn’t good based on what was going on with her relationship,” Kim clarified on Twitter. “She was not ready to tell us everything so she stopped treatment without telling us.”

“Khloe wasn’t trying to get pregnant,” Kim had said to Jimmy on Jan. 23. “She wasn’t showing up to these doctor appointments on purpose and behind our backs because she knew [the marriage] wasn’t working,” Kim explained.
